Recently moved to the area and was looking for a great salon. I ended up choosing Salt because other salons I tried calling and had difficulty getting a reply. This salon had a number on the site to text and I was quickly able to get an appointment with Carlee for highlights and lowlights. Carlee was really great! She listened to what I wanted at the beginning of the appointment and delivered exactly what I described/showed her in pictures. She was extremely professional and just very sweet to talk to. Also, the salon space is beautiful! Will definitely be returning in the future!

Antoinette is amazing! I have followed her from her previous salon and with good reason. Antoinette is extremely talented in color, highlights, and hand-sewn extensions. I started coming to her to save me on my extensions, and quickly figured out how skilled she was in all areas of hair 🤩❤️ She’s professional, insightful and more importantly a fantastic human being. SALT salon is a modern convenient location with service-focused staff. If you’re lucky enough to book with her you will not be disappointed. I cannot recommend her enough, from a very hard-to-please (blonde) hair client!!

Jillian was absolutely incredible!!! What I asked for, is exactly what I got and then some!! Her techniques are one of a kind, she definitely did her magic and I’ve never been so happy leaving a salon. I stumbled on this place not long after it opened. I had tried a few salons in Wilmington after moving to the area and none really seem to click. Well, SALT is now my forever salon home! Honestly, any stylist in this salon is excellent. I trust my hair with any one of them, but Sarah Kate always gets my color just right. Booking appointments is easy and I just love coming in every time.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE Avielle’s work on my hair! She gave me the BEST cut I’ve ever had in Wilmington. Not only is she super professional but is beyond kind and attentive. Her station is super clean and spotless too! I would definitely recommend her for any hair service!

After moving back to the area it was so nice to see Tiffany had opened her own salon. She quickly found time for me on her schedule. This salon is beautiful, a perfectly relaxing environment. Everyone I met was very friendly and my time there was an absolute pleasure. Tiffany continues to do wonderful low-maintenance color that makes you feel like a hair goddess. Highly recommend!!!

I was shopping around for a stylist and I text to see if they took walkins. They don’t but the kind person texting with me checked the appointments and they had an opening the same day. My stylist was Chandler! I had a picture of a cut I liked and showed it to her. Within an hour, I had the cut I wanted. It turned out even better than I imagined!! She was professional, polite, and above all LISTENED to what I wanted! She asked questions throughout and made it such a wonderful experience. I left with a smile and a scheduled appointment for cut AND color next time. I give this 5 stars plus. Also, the salon is really clean and cute! I HIGHLY recommend Salt Salon and Blowout Bar!!

The best hair salon I’ve ever been to and trust me I’ve been to A LOT! Ladi is the best hair stylist and when you tell her what you want and show her examples I swear she even takes it to next level and 10X better than what I was expecting! Super super happy and highly recommend her and this salon! Prices are super affordable as well.
